Our next cohort begins in 2022. Learn more here.
The real issue is the personal development and responsibility side of leadership.
In 2018, I began solving this problem by building a program to give people the tools that will actually help them become the kind of leaders who have a positive impact on everyone in the organization.
I started by teaching the Three Pillars of Mindful Leadership to deal with the three distinct scales of experience, the inner personal realm, the individual interactions with others, and the influence of the whole organization.
I've seen some significant transformations through this work; career changes, promotions, home life improvements, new companies started.
Each cohort goes deeper than the one before it, and I have learned a ton about what people really need to know.
And people want more...
The stand-out challenge facing all of the people I talk to is: sharing their expertise with others.
In order to change culture, you have to spread your good ideas. But not just share those ideas blindly into the ether. Those ideas need to influence people to make an impact.
Everyone I coach struggles with writing and getting their thoughts out there.
They are stuck inside and they just don’t know how to articulate their thoughts, which is a tragedy because these are the very people who need to be writing and influencing corporate thought.
Mindful Leadership Advanced Practicum is the program I built to solve this problem.
This program is about shedding your old limitations and rebuilding yourself as a thought leader through four stages of transformation plus actionable content creation.
