My Work

I work with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders on decisions made under constraint.

The work is about judgment: seeing the situation clearly enough to decide what actually needs to happen next.

The stance I bring

Most leadership problems are not caused by lack of effort or intent.

They come from unclear authority, competing incentives, and decisions being made without a shared view of the system.

My role is not to manage on your behalf.

It is to surface what is already present, name the real constraints, and support decisions you own.

That requires:

  • clarity over comfort

  • focus over activity

  • fewer decisions made deliberately, not more decisions made quickly

How the work organizes

Most engagements fall into one of three containers.They are not offerings. They are ways the work stays bounded once it begins.

RESET

When something fundamental is misfiring and clarity is low.

DETOX

When noise, overload, or unresolved tension is distorting judgment.

ALIGNMENT

When direction is clear, but authority or coordination doesn’t hold.

Which container applies becomes clear as the situation comes into focus.

Boundaries

I work directly with senior leaders.

I do not run programs, act as a proxy decision-maker, or take responsibility for outcomes I don’t control.

Engagements are scoped and time-bounded to protect judgment and accountability.
