Working with Startup Patterns

Our programs utilize the best practices of product development, leadership psychology and mindfulness to support high-performing individuals and teams to meet their goals. 

We believe that confidence, success, innovation and impact start with the individual. We also believe that the best leaders recognize the need to work on themselves and get a bit uncomfortable to build and grow the best companies.

All of our programs utilize practices from our Three Pillars of Mindful Leadership:

Pillar 1: THE GROUNDED SELF

Uncover the patterns and preconceptions that haunt all of us and get in the way of our thinking with clarity and focus, avoiding negative self-talk, and acting with purpose.

Pillar 2: EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Take charge of your communication with active listening and empathy, a critical prerequisite of making your own voice heard, and inspiring those around you to act in ways they may not have done on their own.

Pillar 3: TIPPING THE ORGANIZATION

Discover how to make impactful and lasting change in your organization. The key to making that lasting change is the ability to influence other members of the organization to become a change agent, in alignment with some broader goal of organization transformation.

 

Group Training / Office Hours

Typically, we have weekly group training sessions around the topics of Mindful Leadership as it applies to Agile Product Development. Additionally, some teams choose to have weekly office hours for individual or group coaching. (Over 3 months.)

Communication

We communicate via Slack with updates on the upcoming session agenda, any homework, and ongoing discussion of topics you’re working through.

Each organization has a dedicated Slack channel.

Training Portal

Our online course material is on Teachable. We will give you direct access to all applicable courses.

Additional Resources

We’ll work on a number of exercises during and outside of training and coaching sessions. They will be shared here or directly with you via Slack.
